A project to prepare
The quote form structures the information we need. Four elements are enough for an initial reply:
- a) the venue and the date
- b) the expected number of participants
- c) what you want to display, amplify, light or stream
- d) what is already decided and what is still open
If the venue has not been chosen yet, tell us. This is when our input makes a real difference.
If the venue is already signed, that is not a problem either: we take over projects already under way as often as new ones.

Response time
We reply within 24 business hours on feasibility and availability. A full quote usually requires a site survey, so it takes a few days.
