RMHpro supports event agencies and technical service providers: LED screens, sound and lighting with structures, live capture and streaming, technical direction of one package or of the whole event. As a white-label service if you wish. Your client remains your client: the non-solicitation clause, during the assignment and for 24 months after, is part of our general terms and conditions.
Event agencies and technical service providers are partners for us, not competitors. You own the relationship with your client and the concept of the event. We bring the technical side, under your direction or ours, whichever you prefer.
What we bring as support
LED screens from start to finish. Sizing, structure, processing and production of content at the exact resolutions of the wall.
Sound, lighting and structures. Sound for conferences or large sites, stage and ambient lighting, structures and rigging, with our technicians.
Live capture and streaming. Multi-camera control room, remote cameras, streaming to platforms, Zoom, Teams and venue screens, with our crews.
Technical direction of one package or the whole event. When your project goes beyond your current resources, a single technical direction coordinates the whole setup; RMHpro answers for the packages it delivers, and packages entrusted to partners are identified in the quote with the party responsible.
Support on large setups
Crews, control rooms, LED screens and live capture sized to the project, under a single technical direction. Our own inventory, supplemented as the setup requires, a logistics base in Saint-Maurice (VS), spare parts on site for every sensitive component, identified at the design stage, and technicians on site for the entire show.

Your client remains your client
- a) no solicitation of your end client, during the assignment and for 24 months after
- b) no public communication or reference without your written consent
- c) no RMHpro logo on site or on documents if you ask
- d) confidentiality of the assignment extended in writing to our technicians and partners
The clause, as it appears in the quote and in our general terms and conditions. RMHpro refrains from any commercial contact with the end client of an assignment entrusted by an intermediary, during the assignment and for 24 months after it ends. A spontaneous request from the end client is reported to you in writing before any follow-up. No mention of the assignment in our references without your written consent. The invoice to the end client is yours. On request, a non-disclosure agreement is signed before any documents are exchanged.
Our rules
We stay within the scope entrusted to us. We do not contact your client. We work as a white-label provider if you ask. And we tell you straight away when something is not going to hold, rather than discovering it together during the build.
On site, facing your client
- a) neutral black clothing without a logo by default, clothing supplied by the agency on request
- b) any request from the end client is referred to the agency
- c) no quote and no change without the agency’s approval
- d) no RMHpro business card or contact details given to the end client
Each assignment is covered by fallback plans and by our insurance.

Will you solicit our client?
No. On an assignment entrusted to us by an agency or a service provider, your client is yours. We work under your brand if you wish, and we make no commercial contact with them during the assignment and for 24 months after. This is written in article 8 of our general terms and conditions, not merely promised.
How do you complement an agency?
On the technical side. You design the concept, the communication and the experience; we take care of LED screens, sound, lighting, structures, live capture and show control, with our crews and our equipment. A single technical direction coordinates the whole setup; RMHpro answers for the packages it delivers, and packages entrusted to partners are identified in the quote with the party responsible.
How quickly do you respond to an urgent request?
For support on an upcoming date, we reply within 24 business hours on equipment and crew availability. A complex setup requires a site survey, which remains the limiting factor.
Do you work as a white-label provider?
Yes. Crew without logos, documents on your letterhead; our technicians work under your brand and refer any request to you. For vehicles, let us know when you request the quote and we will adapt.
