About RMHpro
RMHpro Sàrl is an event technical agency. We design, quote, build, operate and dismantle the technical side of an event, from a seminar to a very large gathering. Based in Valais, we work in French-speaking Switzerland and throughout the country. Three trades on an equal footing: LED screens, sound and lighting with structures, live capture and streaming. Teams specialised by trade, our own inventory and partners brought in according to the project.
What we do
An event technical agency takes charge of everything that makes an event work on the technical side. The concept and the communication are yours. We make them possible at the venue, on the date, and we deliver them on the day.
RMHpro provides the technical side of corporate and institutional events in French-speaking Switzerland. Active since 2010, with its head office in Troistorrents and its logistics hub in Saint-Maurice (VS). Our teams run several events in parallel, on one or several sites.
Three trades on an equal footing: LED screens, which carry the image; sound and lighting, with the structures and rigging that support them; live capture and streaming, which extend the event to the venue screens and to remote participants.
How we work
We check on site. A setup is confirmed after a site survey, not over the phone.
We say what is not right. If the venue is not suitable, or if an item is not justified, we tell you beforehand.
We prepare rather than improvise. Sequences are programmed, fallback plans are tested, content is produced in the right format.
We write everything down. Production book, individual schedules, diagrams, allocation of responsibilities. A setup that exists only in one person’s head is a critical point.
Our resources
Our own inventory, supplemented as the setup requires: LED screens, video and sound control, remote cameras, network and fibre, stored at our logistics base in Saint-Maurice (VS), with vehicles to deliver throughout Switzerland. From corporate events to large gatherings, we size our crews and supplement our inventory with specialist partners according to the project.
In addition, we connect an event’s systems when the project calls for it: participant registration, content automation for screens, linking control room systems.
Where we work
Our main areas are the canton of Vaud and Geneva, then Neuchâtel and Fribourg. We also work elsewhere in Switzerland. Valais is our logistics base, which shortens lead times in the Chablais, Lower Valais and the Lake Geneva region. Abroad, for productions prepared well in advance.

Frequently asked questions
How are your teams organised?
By trade, with a network of technicians and partners we work with regularly: technical managers, camera operators, sound engineers, lighting technicians, riggers, stagehands. For a corporate conference, a crew suited to the room. For a large gathering over several days, much larger crews. Crews are sized to the event, not the other way round.
Can you handle a large-scale event or several sites at once?
Yes. Each site has its designated technical manager and a written running order: schedules, diagrams, fallback plans. Our own LED inventory leaves from our Saint-Maurice hub, and our teams by trade are completed by regular partners depending on scale, under a single technical direction.
Do you work with event agencies?
Yes, as technical support or as a white-label provider. Your client remains your client, and we commit in writing not to solicit them, during the assignment and for 24 months after. See the page for agencies and service providers.
