Live capture and streaming
RMHpro captures your event with multiple cameras, mixes the picture in the control room and streams it live: public platforms, your company’s internal network, Zoom or Teams, venue screens. Cameras operated remotely from the control room and camera operators on the positions that need them, a backup link, and the recording delivered at the end. The number of cameras, operators and links depends on the room, the speakers and the remote audience, from an internal conference to a gathering over several days. Based in Valais, we work in French-speaking Switzerland and throughout the country.
What the service includes
Multi-camera control room with a main vision mixer and a backup mixer, cameras operated remotely from the control room, camera operators on the mobile positions, overlay of presentations and titles, audio capture coordinated with the sound system, streaming to the agreed destinations, and a local recording delivered at the end of the event.
Full-frame cinema cameras and studio cameras, fast lenses, robotic cameras controlled from the control room, production switcher with multiview, redundant recording.
The setup is sized to the project: a compact control room for a conference, a full control room with a crane and wireless links on a large site. What our inventory does not include is sourced from our partners, under our direction.
Where the picture goes
- a) public platforms: YouTube, Vimeo, social networks, a player embedded in your website
- b) internal networks: intranet, company video platform, remote rooms
- c) Zoom and Teams meetings: a town hall or a webinar is fed by an external encoder from the control room; for a small Teams or Zoom meeting, the control room can join as a participant, with professional picture and sound. Capacity depends on your platform licence, not on our setup
- d) venue screens: LED screens, projection, relay screens in overflow rooms
- e) recording: complete file of the mixed programme, delivered on a drive or by file transfer

Event film
Alongside the live stream, a videographer can film during the event: atmosphere, highlights, speaker interviews. The edited film is delivered after the event, as a full version and as short versions for your social channels and website.
By type of event
Conference and general meeting. Speakers, presentation overlays, questions from the room and from remote participants.
Ceremony. Wide shots of the audience, discreet close shots, streaming to overflow areas and to family and friends who cannot attend.
Performance. Following the staging, coordination with lighting, mixing in step with the programme.
Sport. Playback on stadium screens, replays, content synchronised with the match schedule.
Hybrid meeting. Town hall, general meeting or webinar where part of the audience is in the room and part is on Zoom or Teams.
Multi-camera control room or fixed camera
A fixed camera is enough when one person speaks from one place, with no presentation to overlay, for a remote audience that mainly wants to listen. That is the case for internal training or a small meeting.
As soon as several people speak, there is content to show, an audience in the room to film or a picture to display on the venue screens, you need a multi-camera control room. Otherwise the remote audience loses interest and the recording loses much of its value.
When the situation is in between, we quote both so that you can compare.
Our commitments

Frequently asked questions
From how many cameras does a multi-camera setup start?
As soon as two sources are mixed live, you need a control room and someone to run it. Three camera positions cover most situations: a wide shot, a close shot of the speaker and a mobile camera.
Can you stream to several destinations at once?
Yes. The same programme goes to a public platform, the company’s internal network, a Zoom or Teams meeting and the venue screens, with different versions if the remote audience should not see the same thing as the room.
What happens if the venue’s connection goes down?
The stream runs on a backup link independent of the venue network, bonded mobile connections or a temporary satellite link depending on the site, and the programme is recorded locally, independently of the stream. At the very least, you leave with the complete file.
