Sound the whole room understands, lighting that serves the stage as well as the cameras, structures calculated for the venue. We design this setup together with the LED screen, so that nothing gets in the way. Projection, network, power and intercom follow the same plan.
Three trades on an equal footing
Giant LED screens. Our own LED inventory, pitch chosen according to the audience distance, content in the exact format of the wall. Giant LED screens
Sound. Sized to the venue, the programme and how the audience is spread out. Main system, delays, monitors, microphones and audio capture, tuning and operation.
Lighting. Stage lighting, lighting of the space, lighting for camera capture, designed together with the LED screen so that neither undermines the other.
All three rest on structures and rigging sized for the venue.

Video projection
Relevant in a dark room with enough depth. We calculate the throw ratio, the brightness required for the screen size and the ambient light, and the placement that avoids cast shadows.
Network, power and communications
The network has become the backbone of an audiovisual setup. We build our own rather than rely on the venue’s. Power is distributed between sound, lighting, video and catering, on separate circuits. Intercom connects the crews during the event.

Sound, lighting and screens rely on the other areas of an event: stage and rigging, power, network and intercom, furniture, walls, reception, logistics. For each one, we state whether we deliver it ourselves or coordinate it with a partner under our direction.
A setup, not a list
An audiovisual quote reads as a setup: what the audience sees and hears, from where, and what happens if one element fails. We build it from the site survey and the running order.

Which LED pitch should you choose for the audience distance?
Working rule, to be checked against the content: the comfortable viewing distance in metres roughly matches the pitch in millimetres. This rule applies to images. For fine text or figures read at close range, a finer pitch is needed and we recalculate based on the actual content. We do not confirm a pitch without knowing what will be displayed on it.
What is the difference between an LED screen and projection?
LED produces its own light: it stays readable in daylight and is not affected when someone walks in front of it. Projection depends on how dark the room is and on the throw distance available. Outdoors or in a lit room, LED is the option we recommend.
Why are sound, lighting and screens designed together?
Because they share the same structures, the same power and the same control position. An LED wall adjusted on its own overpowers the stage lighting. Speakers placed without regard to the screen block the view. A sound desk far from the video desk complicates show calling. The setup is drawn up as a whole.
Do technicians stay on site during the event?
Our technicians are present from the start to the end of the show, included in the service, with backup equipment close at hand. A dry hire, installed without operation, is still possible; our technicians are then added to the quote, and we recommend it.
