Event production, from design to load-out
RMHpro is an event technical agency. We take care of all the technical aspects of an event: LED screens, sound, lighting, structures, live capture and production management. A single technical direction from site survey to load-out, teams specialised by trade, and a setup sized for the actual venue, not picked from a catalogue. Based in Valais, we work in French-speaking Switzerland and throughout the country.
What we actually do
We do not rent out equipment by the day. We design a technical setup for a specific venue, audience and running order, and then we operate it.
In practice: the site survey, viewing area calculations, the load and rigging plan, the electrical diagram, the cabling plan, the build, show operation during the event and the load-out.
Three trades on an equal footing
LED screens. Choice of pixel pitch, panel layout (the assembly plan for the panels), structure and rigging, processing (the electronics that distribute the signal to the panels), calibration, content in the exact format of the wall. Giant LED screens
Sound. Main system, delays (speakers placed further back in the room), monitors (sound for the people on stage), microphones and tuning in the actual venue, so that speech is clearly understood and music is pleasant to hear.
Lighting. Stage lighting, lighting of the space and lighting suited to camera capture.

Ceremonies and institutional events. Large gatherings, minute-by-minute running order, systematic redundancy on critical points.
Sport and stadiums. Playback on stadium screens, perimeter LED boards, content synchronised with the match schedule.
Corporate events. Conferences, general meetings, launches, with live capture and streaming to remote participants.

Our resources
Teams specialised by trade, and a network of technicians and partners brought in according to the project. Our own equipment inventory, stored at our logistics base in Saint-Maurice (VS), with spare parts on site for every sensitive component, identified at the design stage. What goes wrong when preparation falls short
A screen with the wrong pitch is unreadable. A sound system tuned for volume makes speech unintelligible. An undersized power supply brings down half the setup in the middle of the event. These mistakes are decided at the site survey, not during the build.

Frequently asked questions
When should you contact RMHpro?
Early, and ideally before the venue is chosen. Many major technical constraints, such as rigging points, electrical power, truck access and sightlines, are settled when the venue is chosen. Once the venue is signed, all that remains is to adapt. That said, we take over projects already under way as often as new ones.
Who is on site during the event?
Our technicians are present from the start to the end of the show, included in the service, with backup equipment close at hand. A dry hire, installed without operation, is still possible; our technicians are then added to the quote, and we recommend it. The quote states what applies, so that two offers can be compared fairly.
Does RMHpro work with suppliers already in place?
Yes. We work as sole provider, as technical support for an existing team, or as production manager coordinating several suppliers.
Which area do you cover?
From Geneva to Fribourg and Neuchâtel, from our logistics base in Valais, and anywhere in Switzerland depending on the project. Beyond French-speaking Switzerland, transport is costed separately, which is more transparent than folding it into the price.
