Four setups representative of what RMHpro does: full technical direction of a large open-air gathering lasting several days, production and playback of content for a stadium LED perimeter board, a multi-day LED setup abroad, and a hybrid corporate meeting on Teams.

Institution, French-speaking Switzerland: large open-air gathering over several days
Full technical direction of an open-air gathering lasting several days, on an extended site, with a very large audience.
Sound. Sound coverage of the whole site with delay towers, control on a main console and a backup console, wireless links with frequency management, sound capture of the celebrants, the organ and the choirs.
Image. Multi-camera filming with cameras controlled from the control room, long lens, stabilised mobile camera and crane. Vision mixing control room with a backup vision mixer.
Streaming. Live via bonded satellite links, temporary network deployed on site.
Organisation. Master running sheet, individual schedules and timetable for all technicians.
Integration. Registration and participant management platform: group registrations, volunteers, payment, lists for reception and logistics.
Professional football club: stadium LED perimeter board
Production and playback of content for a stadium LED perimeter board. The board runs around the entire perimeter of the pitch, divided into sponsor slots. Each sponsor has its own visuals, each match has its own playlist, and everything must play out at the exact resolutions of the board.
Production is automated by script in After Effects: a playback plan as input, files adapted and exported as output, and the playlist versioned for each match. The workflow is designed to last a whole season without being rebuilt.
Multi-day LED setup abroad
Transport of the setup from Switzerland, build on a constrained site, continuous operation over several days, load-out. The production was prepared in Switzerland and delivered outside the country by our own team.
Company: hybrid meeting on Teams
A company meeting with part of the audience in the room and part remote. Multi-camera control room with remotely controlled cameras, mixing of cameras and presentations, external encoder to Teams with a backup link, a producer position for the running order and questions, recording handed over at the end.
