Data protection
RMHpro processes personal data to respond to quote requests, to run a registration platform provided to an organiser, and to film and stream an event. Legal basis: the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, and the GDPR where the conditions of its article 3 are met. Processors are named here with their role and the country of their registered office. Event data is deleted at the end of the assignment with a certificate of deletion, unless the organiser requests otherwise in writing.

Legal basis
The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection applies to our processing. The GDPR may also apply where the conditions of its article 3 are met, in particular for certain offers of services or monitoring activities concerning people located in the European Union. For an event, the organiser is the controller and RMHpro the processor. For the quote form, RMHpro is the controller.
What we process
- a) quote form data: identity, contact details, description of the request
- b) event registration data, when RMHpro provides the platform: identity, organisation, group, contact details, payment
- c) audio and video recordings of an event filmed or streamed by RMHpro
- d) technical data: IP address, browser and page viewed in the host’s logs, referring page sent with the quote form
Processors
- a) Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): website hosting and transmission of the quote form. Transfer safeguarded by the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses
- b) Resend (United States): sending the emails from the quote form. Transfer safeguarded by standard contractual clauses
- c) Infomaniak (Switzerland): business email
- d) business management software hosted in Switzerland: tracking of requests and assignments
- e) Supabase (United States, data hosted in the European Union): database and authentication for registration platforms. Standard contractual clauses for any access from the United States
- f) Stripe (United States): online payment on registration platforms. Transfer safeguarded by the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses
Processors e) and f) are only involved when RMHpro provides a registration platform for an event.
The list appears in the data processing agreement provided to the organiser. Any added processor is notified in writing.
Retention periods
- a) quote form data: erased two years after the last exchange if the request is not followed up; if it leads to an assignment, kept for ten years with the accounting records (art. 958f CO)
- b) event registration data: deleted at the end of the assignment with a certificate of deletion, unless the organiser requests otherwise in writing
- c) event recordings: handed over to the organiser, then deleted from our systems
- d) website technical logs: kept by the host for a period set in the data processing agreement and stated on request
Security
Recordings and exports are handed over to the organiser, then deleted from our systems. RMHpro undertakes to document the following measures in a file provided on request:
- a) multi-factor authentication on administration accounts
- b) role-based permissions
- c) encryption in transit and at rest with the host
- d) backups and restore procedure
- e) secrets management
- f) access logging
- g) incident procedure
- h) sub-processors
- i) deletion and certificate

Cookies and audience measurement
This website uses no advertising trackers, no social network pixels and no audience measurement tool. Only a strictly technical cookie may be set by the host to protect the site against abuse. Your light or dark display preference is kept in your browser and is not sent to us.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, its delivery or transfer in a common electronic format, and you may object to its processing. Write to [email protected] or to RMHpro Sàrl, Chemin du Nant-Derra 10, CH-1872 Troistorrents. We reply within 30 days.
You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). No automated individual decision is made on the basis of your data.

Frequently asked questions
Who is the controller for an event?
The organiser. RMHpro acts as a processor under a data processing agreement provided to the organiser, which names the sub-processors listed on this page.
Does data leave Switzerland?
The website is hosted by Cloudflare and emails from the form go through Resend, two companies based in the United States, with a safeguarded transfer. Email and the business management software are hosted in Switzerland. Registration data for an event is hosted in the European Union with Supabase.
How can I exercise my rights?
In writing to [email protected]: access, rectification, erasure, delivery in a common electronic format, objection. Reply within 30 days. For an event, the request is forwarded to the organiser, as controller, and handled together with them.
What happens to the recording of a filmed event?
It is handed over to the organiser at the end of the assignment, then deleted from our systems. RMHpro does not reuse or broadcast it without written consent.
