Video projection
RMHpro sizes and operates event video projection: throw ratio, brightness required for the image size and ambient light, and positioning that avoids cast shadows. Projection suits a dark room with enough depth; otherwise LED is more reliable.
What is calculated beforehand
The throw ratio, which determines the projector distance and therefore the lens. Brightness, which depends on the image size and the room lighting. Positioning, which must avoid shadows from the audience and the speakers.
Rear projection
Projection from behind the surface: nobody walks through the beam any more and nothing dazzles the speakers. It requires depth behind the screen, which few rooms offer.
When we advise against projection
Outdoors in daylight, in a lit room, or when the content is small text. In all three cases, see LED screens.
Frequently asked questions

Projection if the room can be darkened and the necessary depth is available. LED as soon as the room is lit, outdoors in daylight, or if people walk in front of the projection area.
How many lumens are needed?
It depends on the image size and the ambient light, not on a standard value. Doubling the image area requires doubling the output to keep the same perceived brightness.
