What matters is intelligibility: presentations are inserted cleanly into the picture, sound is mixed for the stream, and remote participants see the same content, in a production adapted to the screen. Our technicians stay in the control room for the entire stream.
The specific challenge
At a conference, nobody watches for the pleasure of the picture. People watch to understand. Three things matter: the speaker’s sound, the legibility of the presentations, and starting at the announced time.
What we put in place
Direct feed of the speaker’s content and insertion into the picture. Multi-camera filming with wide and close shots, cameras controlled from the control room to stay discreet. A sound mix dedicated to the stream. Remote questions relayed to the room. Backup link. Recording: the full file delivered at the end of the event, followed by an edited version if ordered.
The team on the day
A production manager, an AV technician, a sound technician, and a camera operator for each camera that is not remotely controlled. Present from the tests to the end of the stream.
General meetings
The same setup, with the requirements specific to voting: display of resolutions, time-stamping and full recording.

Frequently asked questions
How are the speaker’s presentations displayed?
They are taken directly from the computer output and inserted into the streamed picture, not filmed off the screen in the room. Text stays sharp and legible for remote viewers.
Can remote participants ask questions?
Yes. Depending on the platform, in writing relayed to the control room, or by speaking with audio and video, with the return shown in the room.
What happens if the venue’s connection fails?
We provide a backup link independent of the venue’s network, and local recording continues independently of the stream. Recording: the full file is delivered at the end of the event, followed by an edited version if ordered.
How far ahead does the setup need to be installed?
The day before or the same morning, depending on the setup. Testing is not optional: it is what makes the stream start on time.
