Ceremony filming
RMHpro films and live streams ceremonies with a deliberately discreet setup: remotely controlled cameras, concealed cabling, no technician in shot. The setup is adjusted before the ceremony, not during it.
The overriding constraint
A ceremony cannot be restarted and cannot be interrupted. Everything must be prepared, tested and silent.
What we put in place
Cameras controlled from the control room on fixed angles, cabling prepared and concealed, close miking of the speakers, the organ and the choirs, discreet mixing, full recording, and simultaneous streaming to overflow spaces where needed.
Heritage venues
No drilling, free-standing structures, protected cable routes, and prior approval from the venue manager.
From an intimate service to a large gathering
The same care applies to a ceremony in a chapel and to a gathering lasting several days in the open air. Only the scale changes: number of camera angles, sound capture across an extended site, streaming to overflow spaces. A project of this kind is described in our references.
Frequently asked questions
Is the setup visible during the ceremony?
As little as possible. Cameras controlled from the control room avoid having a camera operator standing in the aisle, and the cabling is prepared in advance and concealed.
How is sound captured in a highly reverberant venue?
With close miking of the speakers, complemented by ambient miking. Reverberation that sounds beautiful in the room becomes unlistenable on the stream if only the ambience is captured.
Can the ceremony be streamed to another venue?
Yes. Streaming to an overflow room, to an outdoor screen, or to a platform accessible to people unable to attend in person.
