What an LED screen changes at an event
A giant LED screen changes three things at an event: it stays legible in broad daylight, it lets you show live content to the whole audience, and it gives sponsors measurable visibility. In return, it brings constraints in terms of structure, power supply and content format.
What the screen brings
Daylight legibility. Unlike projection, LED produces its own light. Outdoors or in a brightly lit room, it is the option we recommend.
Live content. A speaker filmed and enlarged, results, a countdown, messages to the audience: everything can change during the event.
Sponsor visibility. Quantifiable and dated, and therefore saleable.
What the screen requires
A structure. Calculated rigging or ground ballast, taking wind load into account outdoors.
A power supply. Sized with a margin, not to the bare minimum.
Content in the right format. This is the most frequently forgotten constraint, and the most visible when it goes wrong.

Does an LED screen replace the stage design?
No, it is part of it. A poorly integrated LED wall overwhelms everything else: its brightness dominates the stage lighting if the two are not designed together.
What is the benefit for an event’s sponsors?
Dated and quantifiable visibility: number of appearances, duration, time of broadcast. Unlike a banner, this is a concrete sales argument.
What is the most underestimated constraint?
Producing content in the right format. The wall has its own resolution, and visuals produced without the exact template arrive distorted or cropped, which is often discovered on the day of the build.
