The setup

Wind is the first safety concern for structures and LED walls. Humidity calls for equipment designed for outdoor use. Neighbours often impose sound level limits, which need to be built into the design rather than dealt with on site.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if the weather turns bad?
Stop thresholds are defined with the organiser before the event: the wind speed above which a structure must be lowered, and the conditions that call for covers or a stop. Deciding this on the day, under pressure, is the worst possible situation.
Do you work with artists’ riders?
Yes. The rider is read early: it sometimes contains requirements that change the sizing of the whole setup.
