Every area of an event, delivered or coordinated
An event technical agency is judged on its command of the whole. This page reviews the twelve areas of an event and states, for each one, what it covers, whether RMHpro delivers it with its own teams and equipment or coordinates it with a partner under its direction, and where to read more. In both cases, a single technical direction coordinates the whole setup; RMHpro answers for the packages it delivers, and packages entrusted to partners are identified in the quote with the party responsible.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between an area we deliver and an area we coordinate?
An area we deliver is built and operated by our teams with our equipment, supplemented by partners where needed. An area we coordinate is entrusted to a specialist whom we select, brief and direct on the build schedule. In both cases, you have a single technical direction and a single quote, which states the responsibility for each package.
Can you take on only some of the areas?
Yes. Many clients entrust us only with the LED screen, only the sound or only the filming, and keep their own suppliers for the rest. We do not make one service conditional on taking the whole package. When we provide technical production management, we also coordinate the suppliers you have already chosen.
Why entrust the areas together rather than separately?
Because they collide. The stage decides where the speakers are rigged. The walls decide where the cables run. The caterer weighs on the power budget. The furniture takes up the space planned for the control room. Ordered separately, these elements are consistent on paper and get in each other’s way on the ground. A single technical direction deals with these overlaps at the site survey and in the schedule.
How do you know what is included in a quote?
The quote follows the same list of areas as this page. For each area selected, it states whether it is delivered by RMHpro or coordinated with a partner, what it includes, and who is present on the day. Anything not listed remains the responsibility of the organiser or their supplier, and we say so before signature.
