Corporate event technical checklist

The technical side of a corporate event is prepared in five stages: the brief (goal, audience, venue, date), the site visit (access, power, rigging, network), the design of the setup (sound, image, light, video capture), content preparation, then installation, rehearsal and operation with a crew on site until load-out.

Frequently asked questions

How far ahead should the technical side be planned?

As soon as the date and venue are known. A simple setup can be arranged in a few weeks; an event with an LED screen, video capture and remote speakers is ideally prepared two to three months ahead, especially in high season.

Is a site visit necessary?

It avoids most bad surprises: insufficient power, a narrow delivery access, a ceiling without rigging points, a network shared with the public. When our crews already know the venue, plans and photos may be enough.

Who provides the content shown on screen?

The client or their agency, in the format we send in advance. We check it before the event and can adapt it to the screen resolution.
