Technical production management
As technical production manager, RMHpro coordinates all the technical suppliers for an event: build schedule, resolution of conflicts over access and power, running the show. RMHpro carries out this role itself. One technical direction and one quote: RMHpro answers for the work packages it delivers and coordinates the specialist packages entrusted to partners. Responsibility for each package is stated in the quote.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from the venue’s technical management?
The venue is responsible for its building and its rules. Technical production management is responsible for the event taking place there, and acts as the link between the organiser, the venue and the suppliers.
Do you provide production management if you are not supplying the equipment?
Yes. It is in fact a common arrangement when several suppliers have already been chosen, and a good way to start working together without changing your suppliers.
